To Cancel Your Account

You may Cancel your monthly MageMobile  subscription at any time. Just be sure to notify us at least 3 days in advance  before your Plan renews for another month.

You agree to pay for your resource usage up to the time of cancellation. Resources are Lodal & Toll-Free phone numbers, Voice Minutes and Text Messages sent and received.

Send an email message to and include the phrase  “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” in the Subject.

We cannot provide partial-month refunds.
